For years our flexible approach to the needs of dynamically changing market has allowed us to effectively develop the Company's activity in the real estate sector. Our unquestioned predominance in the real estate industry is possible due to the investment potential and highly-qualified professionals. We carry out projects through the Division of Construction Investments and Infrastructure Maintenance. In the coming years, we are planning to focus our attention on prospective investments in office buildings with retail outlets and residential complexes.

Our Projects

The Company's portfolio includes, among others, an area of 28 hectares in Żerań (Warsaw), a plot of land in Annopol in Warsaw and attractive plots in the capital city centre.

Mennica Residence

A complex of modern residential buildings, located along the recently designed pedestrian passage, with a separate inner courtyard and diverse greenery at different levels.

Mennica Legacy Tower

The latest project of the Mint of Poland regarding complexes of offices and retail outlets is a modern, prestigious building called "Mennica Legacy Tower", located in the very heart of Warsaw, constructed in cooperation with a globally respected developer, Golub GetHouse.

The Forge

The production plant of the Mint of Poland was constructed to respond to the newest challenges in the field of monetary art.

Our History

The Mint began to operate in the real estate development industry in 1998 when it reconstructed an office and warehouse complex located in Warsaw at ul. Annopol 3.
