Mennica Residence

The complex of modern residential buildings, located along the newly designed pedestrian passage, with a separate inner courtyard and diverse multi-level greenery, will soon become a landmark of the plot of land located in the quarter of ul. Grzybowska, Żelazna, Pereca and Waliców. The tallest buildings of the complex will have 15 floors. The estate has been designed for both individual and institutional clients.

Functionality

The project assumes a clear distinction between service space (the first two floors) and residential space (the floors above). On the ground floor, apart from commercial space, there will also be halls leading to the residential units of the complexial space, will be located hole leading to the living units, and from the intersection of Grzybowska and Iron will be the main lobby entrance to the two corner towers and the assembly facility, located on the first floor and comes with its own terrace area in the inner courtyard.

City apartments

Precisely designed and functional floorplans are based on the latest analysis of customer expectations. The offer will include apartments with the most sought-after living area and the most popular apartment layouts. Sunny spacious apartments with a spectacular view of the city centre skyline of Warsaw will occupy the upper floors.

Penthouses

The top floors of the complex have been reserved for one- or two-level penthouses with winter gardens and terraces. The residents will be able to conveniently park their cars or motorcycles in the underground garage. We have also designed innovative systems for parking bicycles. All design works are carried out by Brzozowski Grabowiecki Architekci Sp. z o.o.

Revitalization of Jung’s Brewery

The Company is also planning to implement the second phase of the project which is to build other residential buildings. They are to be built in the place of the “Aurum” office building at ul. Waliców. The Mint of Poland made it clear that the investment anticipates keeping the brick wall along ul. Waliców – the remains of former Jung’s Brewery – a unique historical site, which during the Second World War was the Warsaw Ghetto border.
