1.   Personal data.

We do not collect any information automatically, except information contained in cookie files. Cookies are not used to collect any personal data of the Website Users. However, we can identify our Users with their individual IP addresses.

2.   What are cookies?

Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are small text files stored on the Website User’s device (e.g. a computer, tablet, or smartphone, hereinafter referred to as "the Device") and used to identify each User through a web application. Currently, most websites use cookies, in particular websites offering e-commerce services.

Here is an example and the main reason why we use cookies: if you shop online and put products into your basket, the online shop application must recognize which of all opened baskets is yours. The online shop application sets a small cookie file with a unique number on your Device. At any time, when you visit different web pages of the online shop, the application recognizes your Device and knows which basket is yours. If the cookie file had not been saved on your Device, then after going to another web page, and then returning to the online shop website, the application would "forget" what was in your basket.

3.   Who sets cookies?

The entity that sets cookie files on the Device of the Mint’s Website User and has the right to access them is the operator of the Website - Mennica Polska od 1766r Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Żelazna 56, 00-852 Warsaw.
