Top Builder Awards is one of the most acclaimed competitions in the Polish construction sector. It is organized by the Builder, a leading industry monthly, which recognizes the country’s top real estate investors, developers, general contractors, producers and architects for their most outstanding products, buildings and services. During Top Builder Awards 2021, the Mint of Poland was ranked among the most highly-recommended real estate companies with Mennica Legacy Tower, one of its flagship projects, which was awarded in the “Investments” category.

Mint of Poland’s real estate segment gains industry-wide recognition

The renowned award won by the Company’s key real estate project, developed together with Golub GetHouse, is yet another distinction for Mennica Legacy Tower this year. Only last February, the building was listed among Europe’s Best Real Estate Investments in the prestigious European Property Awards.
