The Mint of Poland has once again honored Zdzisław Beksiński by introducing another numismatic piece featuring a reproduction of the artist’s work. The Cathedral is the fourth coin in the first series dedicated to the renowned painter. A total of three series will be issued as part of the collaboration with the Historical Museum in Sanok—the sole copyright holder of Beksiński’s works.

The Mint of Poland holds the exclusive global rights to produce coins featuring reproductions of Zdzisław Beksiński’s artwork. Its collaboration with the Historical Museum in Sanok, which manages the artist’s legacy, has resulted in a remarkable long-term project paying tribute to Beksiński’s genius.
