The “24 most influential women in business” ranking, prepared by Capital24tv, honors female leaders who have made a significant impact on Polish business. Key criteria for selection included outstanding professional achievements, contributions to the growth of the companies they represent, and effectiveness in executing business objectives. The ranking also acknowledged their innovative approach, ability to anticipate market trends, and expertise in building high-performing teams.

The selection process also considered ethical leadership and engagement in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives. Special recognition was given to leaders who inspire other women, challenge stereotypes, and promote diversity in the workplace, contributing to the creation of a more inclusive and dynamic business environment.

Being among 24 strong, inspiring, and accomplished female executives is a great honor for me. Each of us has written her own story while building her career. For me, values have always been key in shaping effective organizations and making an impact in business. Throughout my career, I have been guided by fundamental principles: integrity, respect, and responsibility. Even in difficult moments, when shortcuts seemed easier, I have always tried to stay true to my values. Success, to me, is not just about financial results but about building a team that shares the same values and works together toward common goals. That is what brings me the greatest satisfaction I know that the true strength of an organization lies in its people and the values they uphold — commented Katarzyna Budnicka-Filipiuk, president and CEO of Mint of Poland.

Katarzyna Budnicka-Filipiuk has been with Mint of Poland since 2011, beginning her career in the Electronic Payments Development Department as deputy director for electronic payments and later as Director of Electronic Payments Department.
