Strong First Quarter 2025 for Mint of Poland Group – PLN 39 million Net Profit, PLN 44 million EBITDA, and Sales Revenue Higher by PLN 75 million Compared to Q1 2024

The Mint of Poland Group (Mennica Polska SA Capital Group) can consider the first quarter of this year highly successful. In the reporting period, compared to the first three months of the previous year, sales revenue increased by nearly 23%, net profit rose by approximately PLN 13.4 million, and EBITDA grew by PLN 10.3 million.

In the first quarter of this year, the Mint of Poland Capital Group achieved sales revenue of PLN 402.9 million (PLN 327.9 million in Q1 2024). The generated net profit amounted to PLN 39.2 million (PLN 25.8 million in Q1 2024), and EBITDA exceeded PLN 44 million (PLN 33.8 million in Q1 2024). These results confirm that the Group effectively leverages its potential to consistently strengthen its market position and generate added value for shareholders.

During the reporting period, we recorded increases in sales and results in both the mint and electronic payments segments. In the real estate development segment, the first quarter of this year involved the construction phase and preliminary sales for the Bulwary Praskie investment. Our commitment to development in this area of our operations will ensure the Capital Group achieves solid financial results in future periods – summarized Katarzyna Budnicka-Filipiuk, CEO of Mint of Poland.

The Capital Group achieved higher results at the EBIT and net profit levels. Lower results, compared to the first quarter of 2024, at the gross profit from sales and sales profit levels were due to the implementation of the construction phase within the "Bulwary Praskie" project during the analyzed period. In the comparative period, final sales of apartments in this project were being completed.
