World-class art in an extremely attractive form and a unique tour of a one-of-a-kind production facility – these are the offerings from Mennica Polska for special auctions as part of the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The highlight of the campaign will be, as usual, the auction of the iconic Golden Hearts, produced by Mennica Polska.

The works of Wojciech Siudmak and Zdzisław Beksiński enchanted in silver

As part of this year's WOŚP Grand Finale, participants in charity auctions have the chance to become owners of real gems combining the worlds of art and numismatics. A unique commemorative set, created in collaboration with the outstanding artist Wojciech Siudmak, has been put up for special auction. It includes a silver collector's coin with a reproduction of the painting “Energy,” a numbered print of “Messiah of the Dunes” 03/100 (a gift from the artist himself), and collector's stamps with reproductions of his works. The original set, framed in an elegant frame, bears a special dedication and autograph by Wojciech Siudmak.

Mennica Polska has also prepared a set of best-selling coins with reproductions of Zdzisław Beksiński's paintings for collectors. It is worth noting that sets of five silver coins from the first series featuring the works of this internationally acclaimed artist are currently only available on the secondary market, reaching prices up to four or five times higher than their face value.

A unique tour – behind the scenes of minting

Another attraction to be auctioned during the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is an invitation for two people to visit the production plant of Mennica Polska. This is where the iconic Golden Hearts, auctioned on the day of the Grand Finale, are made. It is also where circulation coins are produced on behalf of the National Bank of Poland and central banks from around the world. Participation in the auction is the only opportunity of the year to see behind the scenes of one of the most technologically advanced mints.

During the tour, participants will learn about the entire coin production process – from design and 3D models, through tool creation and disc processing, to minting and decorating. The program also includes the opportunity to mint a coin with your own hands.

Golden Hearts and commemorative tokens for Grand Finale participants

During the Grand Finale, there will also be an auction of the iconic Golden Hearts, which have accompanied the WOŚP Finals since 1994. As is tradition, Mennica Polska has prepared 100 unique pieces, which are a symbol of social commitment and the desire to help others. During last year's Grand Finale, the heart with the number 1 was auctioned for a record amount of PLN 1.3 million, and on June 25, 2025, Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski took it with him on a space journey!

On January 25 this year, Mennica Polska will also be present during the WOŚP Grand Finale at the PGE National Stadium. From 12:00 noon, commemorative tokens, which have been very popular with participants for years, will be minted at its stand.
