Mennica Legacy Tower recognised as Warsaw landmark
The jury of the Real Estate IMPACTOR Awards has distinguished Mennica Legacy Tower as The New Iconic Landmark of the City. The modern office complex located at the corner of Żelazna and Prosta streets in the heart of Warsaw has now officially been declared a new landmark in the city’s new central business district and a new iconic building on Warsaw skyline.
Since 2016, The Real Estate IMPACTOR Awards have recognised companies and individuals who have had a significant impact on the development of the real estate market in Poland. This year, Mennica Legacy Tower, the project jointly developed by Mennica Polska and Golub GetHouse, was awarded as having such an impact. It is a modern office tower set in attractively arranged surroundings and a new bright sport on the map of Poland’s capital. Its light and dynamic form fully embodies the high-powered spirit of the up-and-coming district of Wola.
– All our real estate projects stand out for their distinctive architectural design, inspiring interiors, premium-quality materials and advanced technologies. Mennica Legacy Tower is a case in point – comments Grzegorz Zambrzycki, President of the Management Board and Managing Director, Mennica Polska S.A.
