We are counting down the days until the launch of our new online store. It will be the most modern mint sales platform in Europe. The implementation of an extensive customer panel and the introduction of helpful functionalities will simplify navigation through the store and the purchase of investment, collectible and gift products. All of this using state-of-the-art design and in mobile-friendly format.

New Mint of Poland's e-platform is a response to the systematic analysis of the needs and expectations of our customers. This is an important step, which is part of our strategy to reach out widely to the recipients of the products we offer.

A number of interesting functionalities will make it easier to intuitively navigate through our store - whether you are looking for an investment idea, an expansion of your collection of coins and numismatic items made with attention to every detail, or an original gift.

Even more functionalities

Change of the IT system that supports the online store is the first step in process of launching our brand new e-platform. It’s scheduled for the second week of March 2023. The new solution will enable our customers to shop with even greater ease and intuitiveness, regardless of the device they use. In addition, from the account level, each of our customers will be able to check the status of all active investment gold deposits they own in the Mint of Poland.

The new IT system will not change the pre-existing functions of the users' registered accounts. However, it is worth noting that with the change of the IT system upon which the accounts are set, due to technical limitations, the history of orders made before March 2023 will no longer be available.

In the Mint of Poland's online store customers can expect a well-organized presentation of available products divided into categories such as: gold, silver, diamonds, collector coins, National Bank of Poland coins and jewelry. Intuitive navigation of the platform will also be ensured by an expanded customer panel and customized graphic design for selected categories. The new search module for stores, investment gold sales offices and partner outlets will make it easier to purchase our products in person.
